What happens when I cross 25 users?
Your per-seat price drops from $6 to $4.49, a 25% discount that applies to every seat, not just the ones above 25. Switch plans through the Microsoft marketplace whenever you're ready.
Are features limited on the smaller plan?
No. Every feature is in every plan: duplicate detection, storyboards, approvals, analytics, all four languages. The only thing that changes with plan size is the price per seat.
What happens to my slides if I cancel?
Nothing. Your slides are ordinary PowerPoint files in your own SharePoint, and your categories and audit log are plain files alongside them. Cancel and it's all still there. You lose the tool for browsing and governing the library, not the library. We can't hold your content hostage because we never had it.
Where is my data stored?
All slides and metadata stay in your own SharePoint tenant. SlideRepo has no backend servers and no third-party storage. It talks directly to Microsoft Graph from the add-in.
How do I install SlideRepo?
An admin deploys the add-in through the Microsoft 365 admin center, then users access it from the PowerPoint ribbon. No desktop software to install.
How are permissions and access controlled?
SlideRepo uses your existing SharePoint permissions as the source of truth. No separate permission system to manage.
Which platforms are supported?
SlideRepo works on Windows (desktop), Mac (desktop), and PowerPoint for the Web.
